„We are ambassadors“ Project Approved under Erasmus+ Small Scale Partnership!

We are thrilled to announce the approval of our project, „We are ambassadors,“ under the Erasmus+ programme, Small Scale Partnership in the field of youth, funded by Estonian National Agency. Our organization – European Youth Organization (EYO) is one of the project partners, alongside leading organizations from Estonia, Turkey and Germany.

With the mission to empower young minds and educators, „We are ambassadors“ is committed to instilling a deep sense of global awareness, environmental responsibility, and sustainable living. Together, our consortium will collaboratively work towards tangible results, including the creation of a logo, leaflet, poster, brochure, and a website to reach and inspire a wider audience.

Project Activities:

Know-How Meeting: This initial gathering will facilitate the exchange of knowledge and expertise among the project partners. The meeting aims to plan and organize the project’s implementation, including defining specific roles and responsibilities for each partner. Additionally, it will lay the groundwork for cooperation throughout the project duration.

LTT1: Career Guidance on Green Jobs Education: In this Learning, Teaching training activity (LTT), youth workers and educators will engage in interactive workshops and training sessions. They will acquire essential knowledge and skills to guide young people towards environmentally conscious and sustainable career paths. Topics covered will include creativity, arts-based methods, Education for Sustainable Development (ESD), and the role of green jobs in a thriving world.

LTT2: Understanding Sustainable Living – Goal 12: This LTT will delve into Goal 12 of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), focusing on responsible consumption and production. Participants will explore the concept of a creative just transition and the arts and humanities role in promoting sustainability. They will develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address real-world
environmental challenges. LTT3: Climate Action – Goal 13: The last LTT will revolve around Goal 13 of the SDGs – Climate Action.

Participants will gain insights into the causes and effects of climate change through inquiry-based activities and real-life scenarios.
